I’ve been wanting to do this at my kids’ preschool for a long time and it was a huge success! Here are a few photos of the kids, I have a bunch of these festive backdrops and thought the pink one and blue one were spring-y, so it worked well…
Here are some photos of the album I designed for Heather of the Mutz babies on black. They just moved to Northern California, I’m gonna miss her so much!
I put together a slideshow of photos showing how fun props can be in photos: big lollipops, seashells, hats, tutus, skateboards, and so on. So festive!
I put together a slideshow of photos of the kinds of textured fabric that adds interest to photos. Denim is great, the crustier the better, waffle weave, cable knit sweaters, linen, tank tops, etc.
I put together a slideshow of the kind of patterned fabric that looks good in photos. Big prints can be distracting, but otherwise, pattern adds interest to the photos.
I put together a slideshow of photos showing the kinds of colors that look good in photos. Midtones are best, no black or white please.
I created this slideshow to show clients what I mean when I ask them if they like posed photos. They don’t have to be formal, but I guess in general they’re more thought out than candid shots.
I just realized I never posted these photos of Stella, the Kollock’s newest addition. I’ve been working with them for years now, they are personal trainers in town, Ryan owns Code Green Fitness. Stella’s so darling, and isn’t that a great name? Old fashioned, but strong. I designed some birth announcements for them, too-scroll down for those.
I LOVE these photos, their ensembles were sooo fabulous, the orange plaid shirt w/ a tan corduroy blazer-love it! and sarah’s sweater was perfection! The color and texture really added interest to the photos! It was really fun bringing the couch into the backyard too!
