I’ve been wanting to do a slideshow set to this song FOREVER. I was trying to find a family with three or more girls for it, but it just wasn’t in the cards. That’s ok because it’s plenty fabulous enough with my own kids. Mack is the lead singer and Hayden and Camille are singing backup….
Here are some photos of a recent album I designed for Giselle’s parents. It was from the photos of her 5th birthday party at the Equestrian Center in Huntington Beach.
These are my friend Jennifer Johnson’s daughters-one’s graduating from high school and the other’s graduating from college. So these photos killed two birds with one stone, ha.
Jennifer and David are expecting their third child in a few weeks and they hosted the most beautiful shower to celebrate. The decorations were fabulous as were all the different cupcakes, candies, etc. Ashley O’Keefe planned and designed the shower as well as Giselle’s 5th birthday party a few months ago, which was another spectacular event. So impressive!
This is Isla, just one week old. Her family was passing through Laguna on their way home to northern California. She was the most precious little thing ever, I could have squeezed her all day long. I’m really into photographing newborns these days. It’s surprising to me, because you have to maintain a sleepy and quiet atmosphere for a successful session, which is so not me. it must be subconsciously therapeutic.

I don’t know if something’s in the air here in Orange County, but it seems like I’ve had even more newborn portrait shoots than usual lately. This makes me happy, because I never, ever get tired of taking newborn photographs. These latest ones will make for beautiful birth announcements!
I also did some portraits of this baby’s unbelievably adorable older sister. They’re gorgeous, I’ll be posting a preview of those photographs soon!
